Andersen Water Park
The Andersen Water Park has twin 40-foot water slides, a heated half-million gallon wave pool, 29,000 square feet of sunbathing area, bath house, showers, lockers, free parking, tube and chair rental and picnic tables.
Golf Courses
There are 14 challenging local golf courses located in and around Saginaw, including three championship courses, plus many more in the Tri-city area.
Children's Zoo at Celebration Square
Complete with a wonderful hand-carved carousel and miniature train ride, the Children's Zoo at Celebration Square features nearly 10 acres of exhibits and animal learning experiences.
Ojibway Island
Saginaw has its own island---and it's a shady, wonderful place for concerts, riverside walks, biking, picnics and family activities. It's also the best seat in town for watching Saginaw's spectacular fireworks display each 4th of July.
Saginaw River and Riverwalk
Home of the Shiver on the River walleye contest, the Saginaw River and tributaries are world-class walleye waters. Along the banks of the 21-mile long Saginaw River is also a three-mile, hard-surfaced riverwalk that is great for hiking, biking or just easy strolls along rolling, shady parklands.
